Tre Stelle® Ricotta and Strawberry Brownies

Ingredients:
1 package brownie mix 1 tub | 475 g Tre Stelle® Traditonal Ricotta Cheese 1 cup | 250 mL confectioners sugar 2 cups | 500 mL whipping cream 1 cup | 250 mL fresh strawberries, chopped Additional strawberries for garnish if desired
Instructions:
Prepare brownie mix according to directions on box. In a large bowl add whipping cream and confectioners sugar, beat until thick. Add Ricotta and beat until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries. Place brownie on a serving dish; top with mixture and garnish with sliced strawberries if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
